• As a new nonprofit organization, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases.
• 50% of the proceeds from each sale directly supports our mission to assist transitioning homeless individuals in our community.
• We appreciate your understanding and support of our cause.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage.
• We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
